Jarrett was very thorough. He pressure tested every connection, put on the wetsuit, went to the bottom of the pool, and checked the main drains. He found that I had one small leak by my skimmer, took care of it, then after 24 hours had me send him a picture of his measurement and the leak was stopped. I could not be happier with his professionalism and knowledge of his work.
We had a fantastic experience with RED RHINO Pool Leak Detection. Our pool service company noticed that the water level in our pool seemed to be dropping over time and suggested we have it checked. We contacted RED RHINO and from start to finish the process was incredibly smooth and professional. Our 32-year-old pool developed a leak in a vertical crack in the pool shell wall that had been Bandaid-patched several times over the years. However, in the last few months the leak had become more aggressive, requiring costly refills of the pool every several days. After contacting a few pool repair companies in our area, I selected RED RHINO, as their services, qualifications, warranties and experience appeared to be better than their competition, and because I had seen their red and white service vehicles at different homes in our neighborhood several times over the years, which told me that they did good work, otherwise our neighbors would not be using them. Ryan Williams arrived exactly on his scheduled day and time to evaluate and diagnose the entire pool, including the pool shell, spill-over fountain, piping, heads, underwater lights, pump and filtration equipment, and he determined where the leak existed. Within two hours of arriving, Ryan outlined, in detail, the course of action for the repair, scheduled the repair to occur within three days, and collected payment for his review and diagnosis, and a deposit for the repair. Three days later, Davante Adams arrived, also exactly on time, and he proceeded to drain, repair and commence the refill of our pool within four hours of his arrival. The repair implemented by Davante looks superb, despite the amount of concrete cutting he had to do to affect the repair and the aged appearance of our pool's interior finish, and he did an amazing job of color matching the repaired areas with that of the existing, adjacent finish. I also received a detailed written report with photos taken during Ryan's diagnosis phase, and a subsequent detailed written report from Davante describing the repairs he implemented. Both Ryan and Davante were punctual, very professional, highly skilled in their respective tasks, and extremely courteous. I am VERY pleased with the work of RED RHINO, and especially the quality of Davante's repairs. I highly recommend RED RHINO.
Mark Lockhart and his team provided timely and expert service for Club Cortile Association's pool. Thank you so much for expediting this work so that the pool could be open for Easter weekend. The board president was impressed with the repair crew that never stopped working while they were on site.
I have had a persistent leak in my pool, and have had other companies come out and fix it, but the leak would always come back. The company that cleans my pool recommended RED RHINO, so I called.
They came out (on time) and tested the entire pool, took pictures, explained the problem and offered a solution, which was replacing the skimmer. Three days later the tech came out. Again, he was on time, explained the process and got started. It was a big job and took 6 hours. We went over what he did, he left the area cleaner than it was before he got there, replaced tile and pavers, and you can't even tell that the work was done. He did an excellent job.
They are a very professional organization and put customer care first. I highly recommend RED RHINO.
RED RHINO was recommended to us many times. Danny and Bee were awesome. Bee came out and inspected and found our pool leak, showed us pictures, and got us scheduled with a reasonable price the following day. Danny then showed up performed all work as stated in a reasonable time while providing information during the whole process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL POOL REPAIRS. Pools are expensive to repair and to do it right it takes knowledge, skill, and time. You won’t regret using these guys.
Super job by the team! I became concerned when I began adding water weekly in July 2025. Weekly became twice a week, then sometimes three times a week. Called RED RHINO after six months of replenishing water and replacing lost chemicals. The folks in the front office were great, taking the time to explain what could be happening. The appointment was scheduled within the week. Dawson and Dom came to our home and despite 55-degree pool water, took the time and submerged in our deepest part of the pool to test the main drain. They successfully identified the leaks and made several preventive recommendations. My wife and I opted to have the team fix the leaks and conduct the preventive measures due to the age of our pool: 10 years old. Brady, Tristan, and Dom showed up a week later and fixed the leaks and implemented the preventive measures. Result: It's been over 60 days, and I have not had to add any water to the pool. Overall, Dawson and Dom were great. Tristan did an expert job in matching the pool surface, and Brady even came back out to help me with a minor issue with the pool equipment. Moreover, the front office gave me a follow-up call to check on the work. Professional job by a team that obviously cares about the company's mission statement and takes pride in its work. Needless to say, my wife and I are totally pleased with the RED RHINO team: highly recommended!
